Slaughterhouse

BEEF.jpg

"In general, an abattoir is a facility or place where life cattle is processed and transformed into carcasses or beef and other parts, all slaughtering of cattle must be done at the abattoir. Provision of beef through slaughterhouse services is conducted using correct slaughter procedures through antemortem and postmortem examinations with attention to animal welfare.

The equipment in the abattoirs is used for slaughter procedures, heat treatment, storage, chilling and freezing, control and monitoring of humidity and airflow. Such equipment should be located, designed, and installed to permit adequate cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance. Materials used for equipment and container construction must be sturdy, impervious, and easy to clean (e.g., wood usage is not permitted), while the functions of equipment should be continuously monitored and controlled.

BEEF CARCASS PROCESSING

This series of products are developed by utilizing advanced technology, such as the conveyor in the cattle slaughtering, auto-conveying line. The auto-conveyor as its name indicates, is controlled automatically, making the pneumatic drive and mechanical transmission work in synchronization, allowing the system to adapt to different operational needs by combining the benefits of both power sources.
